Welcome to ECZ India (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.eczindia.com and the pest control services we offer. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional pest control services for residential societies, homes, and commercial spaces. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Cockroach control
  • Termite treatment
  • Rodent management
  • Bed bug eradication
  • Mosquito and ant control

All service appointments are subject to availability and location.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Service bookings can be made online, via phone, or through WhatsApp.
  • Once a service is booked, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
  • Full payment must be made online or in advance, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Prices may vary based on pest type, area size, and treatment scope. GST and applicable taxes will be added as required.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • In case we cancel due to unforeseen reasons (weather, manpower issues), a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

4. Warranty

  • Select treatments (e.g. anti-termite) may come with a service warranty (subject to written agreement/invoice).
  • Warranty is void if:
    • The treated area is altered/renovated.
    • You engage another pest control agency during the warranty period.
    • Hygiene and cleanliness guidelines are not followed.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during booking.
  • Ensure access to the property on the scheduled day and time.
  • Inform us of pets, allergies, or health concerns before service begins.
  • Follow post-treatment safety instructions strictly.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused due to customer negligence or failure to follow instructions.
  • We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to services or product use.
  • While we use government-approved chemicals and trained professionals, complete eradication may require multiple visits depending on infestation level.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and photos, is the property of ECZ India. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Use such sites at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
